The Company

Commercial Bancorp, L.L.P. (“CBC”) is an Ohio Limited Liability Partnership presenting itself as a Lender/Correspondent/Broker to the commercial real estate mortgage finance industry serving general categories of financing such as, but not limited to; apartment, hotel-motel, office building, mobile home parks, hard money, SBA, USDA, and land.

CBC business partners also focus on niche commercial real estate categories such as; golf property and golf property bundled with various commercial real estate such as residential development, hotel, casino, resort, etc.  Financial products available include but are not limited to: construction/development, bridge, mini-perm, permanent, acquisition, refinance, and hard money financing as well as equity placement.  The Company corporate offices are based in Dublin , Ohio , a northwest suburb of Columbus .

Leadership

Steven M. Mooney leads CBC with over 20-years, of successful, experience in the commercial loan brokerage and commercial lease brokerage industries.  He has held diverse positions in these industries ranging from division manager to company ownership not including CBC.  Incorporated in these positions were responsibilities as varied as business development, hiring, training, budgeting, marketing and strategic planning.  Steve has significant expertise in a wide variety of mortgage and banking areas to include the development of:  SBA correspondent relationships, bank/leasing/ insurance/pension fund correspondent relationships, FF&E equipment financing with correspondent offices across the United States, marketing accounts receivable factoring programs, commercial business analysis/forecasting and loan packaging for commercial leasing and mortgages.  Steve has also been an original Owner/Partner in Rattle Ridge Golf Club, a recently developed and operating private golf club located in Sunbury, Ohio (North of Columbus) – www.rrgolfclub.com
